General

• I retain the right to use any and all of the commissions or gifts I create to use in my portolio including, but not limited to, examples for my commissions, posting on my art/social media accounts, and potentially an artbook.

• I, however, will never re-sell said commissions to other patrons by any other means.
   

• I will not remove my signature and it may not be removed without my permission (i.e. commercial purposes which the client has paid an additional fee for).
   

• You may print out your commission or use it however you like so long as it's not for commercial purposes. If you wish to print and sell or use commission for commercial purposes, there will be an additional fee and separate contract regarding slightly different terms.

Prices & Payment

• I require a down payment upfront. We can discuss what that price is individually. If a rough sketch will only take an hour, I require the entire payment upfront.

• If it helps, we can either do two payments (downpayment in the beginning, rest of the payment towards the end), or multiple payments throughout the process. Please note that I will not finish a piece until it's been fully paid for.

• If you need to, we can take a break for however long you need. I keep PSD files indefinitely unless an unforeseen accident happens. So, we can always resume your piece even after a year or two.

• Towards the end, I'll have a better idea of the final price. At that point, I'll need the rest of the payment to complete and send over the file(s).

• I accept payment via Paypal only at this time.
   

• Please don't send payment until I can definitely take your order. 

• Please refrain from complaining about my prices. This is my full-time job, and like most people: I have bills to pay.
   

• I do not accept refunds. There is always the possibility that your commission will come out higher than the guestimated amount depending upon difficulty. If you expect money will be tight, I strongly recommend waiting until you're more financially secure.

• On that note that I have the right to refuse to work with a client who is treating me poorly without giving a refund. 

• The only time I'll give a refund is if I reject or cancel an order at no fault of the client's. (e.g. If I simply don't have the time for another commission at that moment.)
   

• Commercial usage for small companies, start-ups, or individuals will cost an extra $100-$1,000 depending upon the project and usage. There may be other things we need to discuss depending on the project.

• Business, charges, and contracts will be different for large companies. Please inquire

Process

1. I will contact you and let you know if I can or can't take your order at that time. If I can't at the moment, I'll contact you again to let you know I'm ready to take your order.
    

2. I'll wait 24 hours for a response before moving on to the next person in queue. Please make sure you're ready with all your references within that time period.
    

3. Once I'm able to take your request, we'll discuss what you want and then I'll ask for you to sign a contract for copyright reasons, as well as payment. You only need to sign this once a year.
    

4. I will create a few rough sketches/thumbnails to map out a composition or pose for you to choose from. If none are to your liking, I'll repeat the process one more time.
    

5. Throughout the drawing process, I will give you occasional WIPs of the drawing. You can ask for changes up to 3 times in the drawing/sketching stage. Once it gets inked, there will be no changes to the drawing itself. At the colour stage, you're able to ask for colour changes up to 3 times. Extra edits that adhere to these terms will require an additional fee.
    

6. Once complete, I'll send you the original size and a browser-friendly size. If you want a specific size or cropping of the image, I'll do that for you as well.

Returning Patrons

• Patrons who commission me 10 times will receive a gift! It will be a speed drawing of my choice, but I'll try to cater it to your past commissions. (e.g. If you commissioned art of your FFXIV WoL, I'll draw our WoLs together with a thank you message.)
   

• Patrons who recommend their friends to commission me, I will give them each 2% discount off any one commission type provided their friend(s) commissioned me. Can be accumulated up to 10% (or 5 friends). Make sure you keep track of your discounts and how many times you commission me. These discounts down expire, but they aren't stackable with other discounts (such as Patreon discounts).

Ping list

Currently, I run a ping list for those who'd like to receive updates of price changes and slot openings on Discord via my friends' list. I do, however, try to prioritise getting to new commissioners before I send out pings to everyone else though I can't guarantee this if I get a large influx of new people to work with. Otherwise, I work on a first-come-first-serve. My ping list works like a newsletter. You can opt to respond to it or you can opt to ignore it. Either way is fine. You can remove yourself from my ping list simply by unfriending my Discord account. I do not accept payment until I am ready to take your order.

Disclaimer

I live in the woods, in Western Massachusetts. There will be times when I have no power or access to the internet (cellphones don't work here) for several days; so, if I am ever late - which I will strive not to be - without letting you know ahead of time, it is most likely due to weather that knocks out my area. This mostly happens in winter, but it may occasionally happen in other seasons. Thank you for your understanding.
